Usage Precautions
CHEMPOLY® 411 resin does not contain an accelerator. An appropriate amount of accelerator and curing agent must be added based on the operating environment and
requirements. During use, be sure to control the moisture content of materials such as glass fiber, filler, and pigment paste, and pay attention to the compatibility of the
pigment paste with the unsaturated polyester resin.
When using CHEMPOLY® 411 for corrosion-resistant linings, carefully select the appropriate material based on the storage medium and the Kelwell Anticorrosion Manual.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging and Specifications: 200kg/drum; 1000kg/drum.
Shelf Life: 3 months if unopened. Before use, store the resin in its original packaging (to avoid opening or damaging the drum) in a dry room below 25°C.
Temperature fluctuations and exposure to light will significantly reduce the shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Unsaturated polyester resin
containing styrene is flammable; store away from open flames. Always refer to the safety data sheet.
