一.Features and main uses:
TRT162D is a modified unsaturated polyester resin synthesized from isophthalic acid, maleic anhydride, and standard diols, dissolved in styrene. It exhibits medium viscosity and high reactivity. Pultruded products made with it exhibit high strength, toughness, and excellent heat resistance. It is suitable for pultrusion molding and is ideal for the production of 4G/5G radomes and other hollow pultruded products.

Note:
1) Casting sample preparation method was carried out in accordance with GB/T8237-2005; temperature was 25°C, and the curing system was: Accelerator RCA 1.0%,
Curing Agent M-50 1.5%.
2) Casting post-curing treatment: Room temperature for 24 hours, 60°C for 3 hours, and 80°C for 2 hours.
四.note:
1. Before use, stir thoroughly in the container, or empty all the resin from the container and stir thoroughly before use.
2. Transportation must comply with Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals," regarding the transportation and
handling of hazardous chemicals. This product should be stored in a cool, dark place below 25°C, away from ignition sources and heat sources. The shelf life is three
months when stored below 25°C.
