1. Features and main uses:
TR1070M/W/S is a modified unsaturated polyester resin synthesized primarily from phthalic anhydride and diols, dissolved in styrene. It is processed through highspeed dispersion with the addition of white carbon black, dispersants, defoamers, and cobalt metal. It exhibits medium viscosity, high thixotropy, no vertical flow, and excellent mechanical properties. It is suitable for fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) products using hand lay-up or injection molding processes.

Note:
1) Casting and FRP sample preparation methods shall comply with GB/T8237-2005.
2) Casting post-curing treatment: Room temperature for 24 hours + 60°C for 3 hours + 80°C for 1 hour.
Note:
1. Before use, stir the thixotropic resin thoroughly in the container, or empty the container completely and stir thoroughly before use.
2. Transportation must comply with Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals," regarding the transportation and
handling of hazardous chemicals. This product should be stored in a cool, dark place below 25°C, away from ignition sources and heat sources. The shelf life is three
months when stored below 25°C.
