Directions for Use

1. Surface Preparation: The surface must be completely free of grease, rust, old paint, and moisture. Ensure it is fully dry and properly sanded prior to application.
2. Mixing: Thoroughly mix the base filler and hardener at a ratio of 100:1.5-3 by weight until a uniform color is achieved.Apply the mixture within its working time
(gel time is typically 5 to 15 minutes). Use slightly more hardener in lower temperatures, but never exceed the maximum ratio of 100:3.
3.Application & Sanding: Apply the mixed filler onto the sanded surface using a spreader.For thicker builds, apply in multiple thin layers. Press firmly with the spreader to eliminate any trapped air bubbles and ensure maximum adhesion.
• Optimal wet sanding time: 30–60 minutes after application (must wait until completely dry before painting).
• Optimal dry sanding time: 2–3 hours.
After sanding, thoroughly remove surface dust before proceeding with primer, topcoat, or clearcoat applications.
